Bioinformatics Computing Portal

The Bioinformatics Computing portal allows users of that cluster to manage their lab's resources. On the portal you can visualize and manage roles and responsibilities, users you are sponsoring, collaborating users, your Unix groups and Slurm accounts, as well as an accounting of your resources and Slurm usage/priority.

The following forms are also available via the portal under the "Request Forms" tab.

1. Helpdesk ticket
2. Software installation
3. Storage change
4. Shared cluster priority change

Users can request via the portal

1. New User Registration.
2. Request a password reset. 
3. Request a new sponsor.
