HPC@UCD Support: Find Help When You Need It
Research computing across the UC Davis campus
HPC@UCD manages multiple clusters for clients across the entire UC Davis campus. The current HPC environment consists of over 48,000 CPU cores, over 200 GPUs and dozens of petabytes in user data storage.
We provide services, design and operate HPC resources throughout all four colleges, the School of Medicine, the School of Veterinary Medicine and the Genome Center.

Part of the Research Computing Ecosystem at UC Davis
HPC@UCD is one of many organizations on the UC Davis campus providing tools and support for research computing. We partner most closely with DataLab but there are a multitude of resources across campus that will partner together to support your research computing needs.
Transforming Biomedical Discovery
The Center for Precision Medicine and Data Sciences (CPMDS) at UC Davis, led by Colleen E. Clancy, PhD (Director), and Vladimir Yarov-Yarovoy, PhD (Associate Director), brings together a multidisciplinary team—including Pei-Chi Yang, PhD, Hajar Amini, PhD, Diego Lopez Mateos, PhD, and Khoa Ngo, PhD—to advance computational medicine. Their work integrates molecular modeling, AI, and large-scale data analytics to study protein systems, genetic variants, and disease mechanisms.
